A native of Florence South Carolina Steve has enjoyed spending family time in the Murrells Inlet-Garden City area since childhood. His previous work in field appraisal and architectural engineering along with almost 30 years experience as a real estate broker brings a unique expertise to his clients. Steve is proud to be a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). He is currently pursuing the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) to further expand his knowledge in the real estate market.
